As for city like Muzaffarpur which is not so big there are very few place for hangout, surly Jyoti Talkies is one of them, it is campus of two cinema hall Amar talkies( now called Carnival cinema) and Jyoti Talkies.Both cinema hall played by UFO movies( satellite broadcast awesome HD quality) .
Ambience
Recently the whole cinema hall is remodeled, now it look far better from inside to out side, the seats are changed now which is of red colored multiplex type seats.
Parking facility is very good very big space there.
Also whole cinema hall is neat and clean.

It is good and very much affordable

Picture and Sound quality
As told after recent modification its sound and picture quality is best in town, because of UFO telicast.
