Customer service people does not care if you die. Review on Justride

Booked KUV 100 for the ride to Mangalore. the experience I have been through I will like to share. 27th April 2018 all things were good with CS team of Drivezy. Pick up place Malagala bus stop bit the concerned person told to come to the exact place where the car has been kept so we did go but the time was interrupted for half an hours exact time of pick up 9:00 PM but we got a vehicle at 9:55 PM.

At last, we got the vehicle but all messed up broken. the front end bumper clip was broken start problem and the main problem is at night(Here by request any of the customers are going with KUV 100 Plat no:- 1923 please do not book this if you think your life is wrathful). the High beam was not their low beam was only 5step way from the car bumper we by took car in NH highway way to Mangalore stoped almost 5times due to this headlight issue almost missed our self to be got killed by banging to the divider of the road we were going by the strip white line of the road as we were guessing the road instead of seeing from our eyes in that blackout road.

Drop day was on 28th 9; 00 PM but we were not able to drop because of this headlight issue so we thought to give the vehicle on 29th 10 PM and we did as well. About this. the complaint I have dropped mail with the photos of the issue we have faced but no reply from the team nor no one cared as the day of delivery we got bill of 11k rs charge were way heavy as hell and the CS person we spoke told us directly stating that you people should have repaired the vehicle. as all know that once book from ZOOM car we get the well-maintained car as well new as today brought. but this Just ride car are like hell not at all worth it to pay 500rs per day and this people are charging 240rs per hour god.

so as we have asked for the Break up details of Late charges and penalties we got but the CS team is not ready to mail it to us. Great things are like this people say that if the car is having a problem then prepare it great people of Drivezy. and they don't bother if the Customer dies in the car.
