I was holidaying in chennai with family. At evening I've decided to place dinner order online and wanted to try justeat.in service. It was my first attempt with them. I've placed order with a gap of 1 hour between order time and pickup time. Order details given below.

After order, I have walked around 1km from the place where I was staying to the restaurant Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan. I've reached there around 6:15pm. After reaching Restaurant, I've informed about my online order with order number at counter. But Restaurant counter staff and other staff's acted like they never received such type of order before. They've started discussing with them-self. After around 5-10 minutes, they have informed me that they have not received any order confirmation from justeat & they do not have some items which I've placed online. So I can buy other items by paying money at the counter.(even though I've paid online on justeat) I've just refused their offer & stepped out from their restaurant. Later I've placed order manually at another nearby restaurant called'vasanth bhavan'.
At around 6:30 pm I've received a call from justeat(Phone number 080-67166200) representative on call said me to change my order as some items not there at restaurant etc. I just told him to refund the amount which I've paid as I've already placed order with another restaurant which was in packing stage.
After few days refund was received. However, I've faced such a inconvenience & embarrassing situation for placing order online which i'm not going to do it again. Thanks to Justeat.in
