Justeat has proven to be a paragon of worthlessness. From bad website design, to a useless customer relationship phone/IVR to non delivery, to delayed delivery to plain old cheating.
I placed on order, and nothing was delivered for more than 90 minutes. When I called Justeat at 60000600, the IVR asked me to email them(!). When I called the restaurant, I was told that they cannot deliver it, and apparently Justeat was supposed to have informed me. Obviously Justeat were planning to keep my money and not deliver anything.
I had already paid for the order online, and had been waiting for hours! And then, only when I called, was I told it will not be delivered! The people at Justeat are SO GOD AWFULLY USELESS, that to use them itself would be a crime.
Avoid them at all cost!
