Dear Sir,


Greetings from PhysiQure,


We were Using your Services from August 2020 and have chosen a Plan under the top 5 Positions at various Pincode of Bhopal.


In the Initial days, we got a good number of leads but gradually it has Decreased.


In the Month of February, we got a call from your Sales team regarding a guaranteed lead plan and one sales Executive Pragya Namdev Visited us.


Pragya Explained the plan and promised the Following services in the Plan.


1.Guaranteed Verified Leads.


2.If Lead is not Relevant, We can Mark Irrelevant within 72 hours and lead charges would be refunded


3.Free Customized Website


4.Free Customized Mobile App.


On the Basis of these features which were comfortable as per my Business, I said yes to the Plan.


She Adjusted the Amount of the Previous Plan and Asked to Pay more which we did and signed the NACH.


As Promised by her we were able to verify leads and mark irrelevant leads. She Provided the Access to a Website builder. but the Mobile App was not Provided.


After Few Days we received a Call from Another Executive Who Helped us initially with the previous position plan. He Said I am Managing your Account how Could Another Salesperson change the Previously Sold Plan.


And by that time the Option to Mark Irrelevant Was limited to 1 hour which is not at all practical.


The mobile app was still not delivered and as promised to mark Lead irrelevant in 72 hours was also changed to 1 Hour. So We Tried to Connect with Pragya Again but unfortunately, she avoided our Calls in spite of messages to complain.


Then by 12 March Shahid Visited us and Assured us that the issue of 1 hour would be resolved to 24 hours just to Resign the Contract. At that time he connected to Manager and Pragya Also.


Once again in a Good Faith, we trusted him also and signed the contract with a higher NACH Amount.


Very Next Day Shahid Visited Our Center along with Some Manager and Said that Feature of Irrelevant Lead Marking has been withdrawn by Company.


Mobile App as promised from Pragya is not delivered till now


Sir, We are Using similar applications from Practo and Sulekha and very happy with their mechanism to mark irrelevant leads, and after assuring that similar feature in the JD app we were shifted to the New Plan contract.


Now we are getting too many irrelevant leads and we cannot claim this is a very poor mechanism and entirely opposite to what was explained.


Sir, We tried to Connect to Your Call center. They are asking for a Call recording or any Proof that can prove the promises made by Sales People.


Would like to Quote that this entire world is doing business on a trust basis but when someone broke the trust then legal action needs to be explored.


sir, We Wish Following things.


1.Details of the amount given and Services Taken till Feb 2021 before signing the Guaranteed Lead Plan.


2.As The Promises made by Salespeople is not meeting in your Product kindly Cancel my Contract and Refund excess Amount Immediately


3.Please Cancel My NACH.


4.We have paid for Banner for a Lifetime, Make sure its availability on your Platform.


Sir Your Sales Team is the Prime Face of Company if they are not Ethical or Informed well or whatsoever may be the Reason of the Wrong Sale it Directly affects the repute of your Company.


Sir, We are looking forward to Immediate Resolution, Failing in response within 2 days I will File a Complaint in Consumer Court and will surely explore the possibility under section 420 and other Appropriate sections provided by our Law.


Kindly Consider this Mail as a Prior Notice.


The Expenses done over Legal Action will be borne by your Company along with compensation for Mental fatigue and work hour loss of my Company.


As Feedback we have shared it on our Social Media Account and in case of no resolution we will try to be aware and share feedback to the public at large and we are not responsible for any loss of your reputation and business because what we are sharing is the truth and problem that we faced.
