Justdial pathetic service, company and employees. Review on Justdial

I recently contacted Justdial for a contact number to consultant a Doctor. They gave me the number and insisted me that they can also book an appointment with the doctor directly for me. I asked for confirmation and they sent me a message with an appointment ID and date and time.

I trusted them and went to meet the Doctor at the given time only to find that there is no such appointment fixed with the hospital and usually the doctor is not available in the hospital at the given time. I was asked to wait for one and half hour and when contacted their pathetic customer service they kept on hanging on me each and every time I contacted them for help.

Their idiot and stupid customer service agents would make me to repeat the issue and finally either they pretend as if they cant hear me or put me on hold and then disconnect the line.

This one problem caused me so much of inconvenience and trouble of travelling with my sick sister to the hospital all the way to get no help. Worst part is I had to make my sister who is not well to go through all this trouble.

This one experience has made me so very frustrated and will never ever trust or deal with them for any of my future dealing with Justdial. This experience has completely shattered all my trust and hope with them.

I would suggest you all to take the contact number of the concerned organisation and deal directly with them instead of going through this pathetic company Justdial as these people are concerned only of their welfare and only pretend to help you but dont keep up their word. Not trust worthy employees nor their service. Such a pathetic experience in my life it just ruined my day.
