Just makes you boil !!. Review on Justdial

Its the most commonly used service be it from your phone or from the net to search for service providers. I used it many times but last time was one of the most horrifying experience.

I used them for searching for wifi hot spot device providers in my locality and got a list sent to my mobile. Immediately got calls from many and one Ankush sehgal owner of(SEHGAL ASSOCIATES, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI) kept calling promoting the MTS hot spot device and offering freebies with it.

I never knew this was a big trap I was landing into. As he was just dial verfied dealer for MTS I gave him the address to send his executive. The executive never turned up that day which was the 12th feb.

So, it was agreed upon for next day morning 13th saturday and device would be activated in few hours which was never to be the case. The executive turned up at 12 noon and took documents for the device and gave me the device saying it would be activated by evening 6 pm.

It was never done that day and I kept checking and calling up Ankush for its immediate activation. What he never told us someone from MTS will visit for address verfication.

He then said I will get your promised freebie a powerbank and ipod sent and activation done on 14th sunday which was valentines day and it never happened. No one answered our calls and whole day got wasted.

As we both are working so I called him up on 15 th monday to tell we wont be available and the house would be locked. But still no answer to my calls. Finally got a call from MTS verification person who came to my place but it was locked.

So, told him to come later in evening which he refused and wasnt pleasant at all. Fed up with all this I decided to return it and said to the verfication person no need to come to my place now. As I am fed up since three days of haggling by the dealer and his staff.

He told me to call up the dealer which I did and again no answer even after repeated calls to him and his executives. Finally my wife had to call his office landline to say we dont need the device and take it back as already so much time wasted by you all.

The reply she got wasnt expected at all as the executive told it will not be taken back, why you refused the verification person and all crap stuff shouting at my wife. She told me the incident when she was about to reach home that how bad the staff of dealer behaved usijg abusive language.

So, I repeatedly called up Ankush sehegals no which final got answered and gave him a full blasting for this and told to apologise and return the device immediately. He refused and said he will call police and inform about the blasting I gave him.

I told him please do so as they would ask him why it was done by me and then he will have to tell what he and his staff did for so many days wasnt acceptable.

I myself called up the police control room no and informed about the dealer and his misbehaviour and they advised to write to MTS  which I did earlier too and wrote again and again to get the reply they dont have any info about my application as no docs received by them.

The dealer kept on sitting with the docs for long and after few weeks I got a call from appeallate of MTS. He apologised on behalf of the dealer but I told him this would not suffice as the dealer has crossed all limits now.

So I need an apology letter for the harassment by him and his staff along with compensation for a months delay and refund of what I paid with my docs too.

How can he keep my docs with him without returning or forwarding thsm to MTS?

Why he and his staff kept lying and luring us for so many days?

How dare his staff say device will nkt be returned and used abusive language with my wife?

Why havent the MTS authorities taken any strict action on him?

Why just dial even after feedback to them about this dealer not remoced his listing?

If its all due to money game by all of these soon I will ensure justice prevails and they get penalised and the dealer debarred for this!
