Regarding: Negligence in delivery of my car I wanted to transfer my car & Luggage(6 Bags) to Bangalore from Delhi, I got the details of Classic Movers & Packers from Just Dial and thought of getting it done.
In starting they told the charges would be 9500/-(80% I need to give to pick up boys and 20% after delivery). They suggest I can keep my luggage in car and no cost would be included for that.
So, on 23rd Sep 2018 I did the payment and confirmed(5 Luggage & 1 Guitar)+ Car Transfer. They asked me certain documents as;
• MY CAR RC
• PANCARD
• ADHAR CARD
• DRIVING LIENCES
• INSURANCE OF MY CAR
Accordingly I provided it to them and car the pickers came on 23 Sep 2018 to pick my car from Sarita Vihar Delhi .
On 28th September 2018 I got a call from Narendra to clear the payment and he told he has sent me a mail, when I saw the mail it was mentioned I need to pay 46798/- more as they have insured my car and luggage.
Insurance for Car – 11250/-
Insurance for Luggage – 25500/-
GST - 8298 /-
Transport Charges - 9500/-
So total I need to pay its 54398/-(THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT TIME OF PICKING THE CAR)
I was not aware about it as in starting they talked about 9500/.When I asked them in case I need to pay more in starting they said NO its all included in this cost only.
As I was not having any option at end so at last they agreed on 30500/- more so total amount I paid was 7600/- in starting and 30500/- till 28th September.
They promised me that I will get my car on 28th midnight only, I followed up but at the end delivery did not happen. 29th they promised me that the car will be delivered on and before 30th October, after following up day and night from the team I got to know my car movement will start on 3rd Oct from Delhi and they created a story and played a blame game and committed that I will get my car max by 9th Oct.
Till 29th they were fooling us and taken 38100/- money and still my car was in Gurgaon. If they would have told me the truth I would have cancelled the deal and would have taken my car back as it would be just a loss of some amount.
I was feeling bitrate and so I marked a mail to them mentioning entire team name that i.e. Narendra, Manjeet, Rahul, Deepak, Abhishek, Raj.(FYI Mail is attached)
But things didn’t turn that way, I keep waited and kept on following up. They kept on saying I will get it today or tomorrow, with this reluctance behaviour and unprofessional approached made me think as I have lost my Car or something wrong has happened with it.
On 13th Oct they forced me to pay more then only they will give our car, so we pay them 10000/- more and Narendra confirmed we will get the car by evening on the same day and it never happened and we keep following up with Narendra but at the end they switched off the phone.
On Monday ie 15th Oct Rahul confirmed me I will get the car on Tuesday ie 16th and yes on Tuesday I got a call from driver and he told me my car will be delivered till 2PM.
But when I received my car it was damaged badly-broken side mirrors in fact there wer no mirrors, on front hood there was a dent, car was in fully accidently case and in luggage guitar. jewelry, sarees and watches was missing(guitar cost 1.2Lacs+ 8 watch of fossil, tommy, gshock cost – 90000/-+ 70000/- jewelry+ 60000/- saree) total worth of 3.2Lacs approx item are missing.
When I gave my car to them it was 3618Km and when I got it was 5600Km
They assured me my car will be use for max 100Km(50Km-50Km each)
My Vehicle Also, it contains my 6 baggage of luggage.
I need your help for my vehicle and missing of luggage.
This is serious negligence issue and hence I cannot stop myself from seeking help to every possible way I can.
I need an answer from JUST DIAL TEAM
