Just Dial is nothing but a hub of dubious businesses who have filled up their profiles with fake reviews. I recently visited a PC repairing shop in Kolkata based on the reviews at JustDial. The shop was the highest rated business by JustDial in South Kolkata.
After trying out this pc repairing shop, I realized that they are highly unprofessional and inefficient. Later on investigating their reviews on JustDial, I found out that all of their reviews and I repeat, ALL of their reviews are fake and have been posted by the owner, his family and employees.
Justdial makes money off of these sleazy and dubious businesses and lets them post fake reviews to appear legitimate to users looking for services.
I would strongly recommend that NO ONE should trust a business based on the reviews on JustDial because more than 95% of them are fake.
Justdial is a hub of unscrupulous businesses and the directory should be shut down immediately for deceiving users.
