The concept of E taxi services is some thing extraordinary which is definitely appropriateted. Such kind of innovation are beyond our imagination also it is very helpful in such busy schedule. The concept is amazing but the application is not at all effective. Here sharing my 2 year experience of using jugnoo autos services.
The jugnoo app performance is very poor, it is not reliable because in emmergent situations we don't have guarante that we will get an auto and reach the destination on time. The app really need to be improved and fix bugs. The company is not lacking in the marketing area but is lacking in the services. The marketing department is going awesome the promotional offers are very attractive the rates were very good at time which are now increasing.
There are many problems associated with it here are some of these.
There is a problem in the app or with GPS that it never shows the correct location in the app while booking the ride. Where as on google maps it is quite accurate. So we need to change the location and move the arrow and adjust it to the location other wise the driver will denied the ride.
But while changing the location we receive a message that your set location is different from the current location. And then we are charged more that usual.
It very rare that I have started booking ride it got booked in first attempt either there will be no auto, or the driver denies the duty, or he asks weather the payment choice is cash or not.
Many time the auto drivers say I am comming in 2 minutes just 2 minutes but in between if they get an offline ride they don't denies it because they get more money. And at the end of the day the jugnoo customer have to suffer.
While sending my mom to station, the driver took more money than the fare. As he knew that my mom won't check the amount in the app. So even after complaining him nothing will happen.
Also when we are unknown to path towards the destination some drivers take long path so that they get benefitted.
Also there are many cases comming about rape/harassment in jugnoo auto by drivers which are seen by me in news channels.
The concept of jugnoo is that we dont need to go and call an auto, but the driver will reach our location by the drivers for their convenience they ask ous to come on main road of the location which is convenient to drivers.
