I am not a criticizer but when I found that my internet connection is not working from 2 days. My internet connection was not worrking from the last two days and I even rang up to them for help and they are just doing fake promises of it.I really say that their speed is nice but when there is turn for customer support then it is the worse.
And even though talking about the customer centre or main office of that branch they directly say consult the customer care of joister i.e 9892298922 but the main scene happens with it is that the customer call number is often busy and their representative are not that good enough that can solve the problem.
