Hello everyone today I'm sharing my personal experience about JioMoney app.
Concept- concept of this app is average. This app is similar with other money wallet apps. You can recharge your mobile and dth with this app. You can also transfer money from your bank account to other bank account. But this app needs some improvements. I've also use this app. It charged very high rate for transfer money. I was transfer 900rs from this app to a bank account then it charges 48rs as a transaction fee. It is too much.
Layout & design- layout of this app is very easy to use. User-friendly interface of this app is not bad. Design of this app is also similar with other money wallet apps.
Features- features of this app are average and similar with other money wallet apps like paytm and oxygen. But this app doesn't work properly sometimes. It stopped unexpectedly at any time.
Usefulness- this app is useful but not anymore because of the problems of this app. If these problems are solved then this app is useful.
