I tried 3 orders. Every one had problems. All were processed by Acme mall, Mumbai. The first order delivery kept getting postponed, and suddenly the order was Cancelled by the Jio staff. No reason, no information, no explanation.
I tried another order, I ordered Garlic, was billed for garlic but when I opened the packet, they had supplied Ginger inside!
Next order came with some missing items. Again - no information. All these items were shown as available as per their app. Yet they were not delivered. If items are not available, WHY do they show them as available? Just to fool customers?
Next order was supplied in a sealed blue bag. I found tomatoes missing. They had been billed and paid for.
Finally last order no 15921542809023863M placed on 14th June 2020, was shown as "DELIVERED " on 16th June, but NO delivery had taken place. I rang the Customer Service . They recorded my complaint, and said that someone would check and call me back. NO ONE called me back.
I tries calling the Acme mall number 022-26600203, no one answers.
JIOMART is the worst . I think Reliance is just fooling the public
