Hello friends, today I wanna share my experience related to this data card. This is best data card in market in terms of speed, Connection, Price, Goodwill Quality and connectivity etc. Please refer below points for details.
- Internet Speed: - From last four moths I am using this data card, and I am getting speed of 45+ MBPS, which is very good. Although company claim 50-60 MBPS and I am getting speed of 45-50 MBPS which is very good. This is the best speed which I am getting, I have used all most all the service providers in this segment, Branded as well as local one but I did not get this much speed.
With the help of this amount of speed I am able to download movies within 3-5 minutes where movie sizes are 1 GB plus, I am able view you tube channels without any buffering. Video calls work also very fine without any pause and buffering.
Connection Reliability: The services of this provider is very reliable, whenever I ON my data card, its connect automatically within 15-20 minutes. Internet did not disconnect automatically, so no need to login again again. As I mentioned above that we have many service providers in market, which provides similar type of services but there data cards disconnect automatically after some time. But this data card never let me down and its never disconnect automatically till the time you don t OFF or disconnect. Any one can trust on this.
Services and support: This service provider has very good customer care support which support us 24*7. On call they always try resolve our queries, it we have any issue related to hardware or device they have TAT(turn around time) of 48 hours. Within 48 hours they send there engineer to our home . At earlier stage my data card was not working, so I have called customer care, although they have tried there best to fix but they were unable so next day they sent one engineer to fix my data card issue . On call they provided me ticket number without delaying.
Value for money; This is the best service provider in market which can provide you cheapest products and services with good quality. I am using currently 3 month rental plan, where I have just paid 399 as a rental for 3 months and I am getting 90 GB, 4G data. Its known as daily one GB data plan.
Device cost and Quality: Device would cost you approx 1600 with one year warranty. On the other hand other service providers will cost you approx 2200-2500 for same product and quality. The battery back up of this product is very good . It provide you 8+ hours.
