Jio 4G Voice is an app provided by jio for voice call, video call and chat. I am using this jio 4G Voice for last eight months. But I am not fully satistied with this jio 4G Voice because of so many problems. That are as follows.
There is no clear voice in this app.
Many at times I could not call to others who uses other company's sim.
In between the voice call, it cuts several times.
It takes too much time to connect to other mobiles.
Many at times we get busy tune to other mobiles.
When we do call, some times one side we receive sound but other side we could not hear anything.
we can only make video call to jio users with this app.
Video clarity of this app is poor.
In between video calls it cuts a lot.
So 4 G voice tests the patience of the users. If there is no measures to solve these problems, this will be a utter failure.
Tips to improve
Quality of the call and video call should be improved.
There have to be clarity in calls.
Upgrade with new features.
Connection to other mobiles should be improved.
