I have ordered for a new connection. In the few hours later one representative came at my location and collected money by saying that service is available. After some days that person switched his phone off, so I had to approach to office. The manager commited for the connection within 7 days but just after 3 days I got cancellation message. And now they are saying that money will be refunded in 7 days.
Guys do not believe them, they are using your money and giving no service.
