Jio Fiber promised 550 live channels and 16 OTT apps plus internet on fiber. Technically they speak a lot but on ground there is zero delivery. ( 1) They keep closing and opening new tickets to demonstrate TAT compliance. Engineer will never visit. They will send you message that it is completed and then open a new ticket. ( 2) Service engineers fought with each other during installation. No support from team leads. They even complain they they don't get pencil or scale. The engineers will even tell that they can't service as they don't get paid for service unless it is an installation. ( 3) Ask for list of 550 channels. You will find many good channels are not covered. Jio Store has limited apps for download. Jio Saavn itself will throw a message that premiun subscription needed.Even good artist play list is absent and it plays radio on shuffle with poor sound. Apps for download is very limited in Jio Store.( 4) Even if they make mistake they wont correct communication, installed or permanent address.( 5) They dont have proper knowledgeable service engineers. Marketing will promise and service will differ. They will say
Landline is free with unlimited calls within India but it has been 2 months and I am told that the facility is still not operational. ( 6) Cant even get out after paying annual subscription so pay for a month and get out if the service is bad. Dont be taken in by marketing promises as actually they will not support with all the advertised benefits promised. Most of all after paying it is a faceless organisation and you will fall into an abyss of dismal nerver responding service. This is one service which is a prime example of promise a moon and gives peanuts ( you are lucky if you get to eat even the nut)
