Worst food joint in powai. Review on Jewels Chinese, Powai, Mumbai

Hi friends, I would like to share a few facts about this food joint called Jewel in powai. Jewel is located on forest street which is one of the busy streets in powai is a multi cuisine food joint. I have been to this food joint a couple of months ago and have had a very bad experience. Clenliness is not maintained here. The place to dine is too conjusted and anyone of a normal height ( 5'6) will hit his head on the roof. so we decided to take a parcel as it was late in the night. Just outside this food joint you will see a bunch of people smoking. Everything is over priced here, even a bottle of mineral water costs 10 rupees more than the maximum retail price. The food is not great in taste. The owner of this hotel apparently has some connections with polititions which allow them to be open till 2am. The only reason people eat here is because of its location. The manager at here ia very rude and he would just ignore if you complain about the food or if you question them about overcharging on water bottle. I have not stepped in to that place ever again. I personally feel people just eat there just for convinience of being near to their offices or open late at night and not by choice.
