I had to visit Chennai on a business visit and booked Jet airways to travel. The journey was on 14th of sep '07. Flight was supposed to start from Bangalore at 9:50AM instead it started at 10:30AM. This is acceptable to certain extent. The worst was waiting for me on my return journey on the same day.
Return journey was supposed to start from Chennai at 21:35, which got delayed twice and the flight took off from chennai at 22:55 ... These kind of delays are not acceptable as the arrangements made for local commute spoil the whole schedule and it becomes way too difficult to handle situations at times. Also, if you have to catch another flight, might be too problematic.
Apart from the delay, everything else was very good. I prefer to travel in Jet again but the only concern for me is the delays in scheduled times. I suggest jet takes a note of this and work towards bettering their service.
