Worst service !!. Review on Jeevansathi

Hello everyone, I am a premium member of jeevansathi.com for approx 1 year and I didn't any good interest towards me and when they called me for purchasing premium membership, they are saying that we will help and search out your perfect bride in just 3 months and now its over a year. I was in the impression that jeevansathi.com would help me to search matrimonial alliances for me but they are not doing work as I was expected from them, they only show fake success stories in there advertisement . In my experience this is total waste of money and time for matrimonial services and I quite find it unsatisfactory . Service and support from jeevansathi.com is not working well, Whenever I call on there customer care service they are always busy and even they don't reply fast like in 1 to 2 days . Bride search criteria is not working well in there website, whenever I use customize search like mentioning height, location, caste of partner but my request was ruthless ignored and the search is automatically done by auto system like random search .
