Jeevana yoga is one of the famous you fa centres in bangalore. From a very long period I was suffering from back pain and cramps due to travelling. One day it became so severe that I couldn't bend forward to tie my shoe lace that is when I started getting treatment from so many doctors but the results were effective till I took medicines.
Then I started looking for a trainer for aerobics which worked but tat too wasn't a permanent healing. Then through one of my friends I came to know about yoga and this centre Jeevana. So I've tried almost all possible solutions to get rid of my back pain then I thought why not I give it a try for yoga. A week later I joined the classes.
The fee was reasonable and was worth it. Lemme tell u why I said it was worthy cuz of the different program's which they have. I enrolled for two types of yoga called pranayama and kundalini. Pranayama is jus the breathing exercise which made my body more flexible and ease. The next is kundalini which was the medicine which was generated from my body itself. When I practised kundalini I starred feeling that my back pain gradually getting reduced. I was very very happy bout doing this. I have been continuously practising yoga since when I joined there. It was just a one month course and later I was able to do it home. My immune power also eventually grew up and now I'm able to anything I wish without any sickness.
Trust me you get healed when u practise yoga and I would really thank Jeevana from bottom of my heart for enlightenment.
