It would take 2 minutes or slightly more, but it would be nice if read my experience before you enrol Jeebr.
2 days back I reached out to Jeebr for 3 months of trial service (paid service). The sales executive reached out to me and was convinced me that they would provide the best services for the annual plan and assured best services. With my prior experience of bad service with one of an ISP(Internet service provider)) I knew they do not give refund on annual package. So I asked if he would give me in writing that if I am not satisfied I would get a complete refund. For which he was very confident and assured me he will provide it. I told him the challenge I was facing with the connectivity. He assured me that he would provide me 2 connections from one user. So I agreed but after I paid the nominal amount to be precise 580 rs out of 7080. He filled in my form. I explained to him my urgency and requirements for the service. He assured me to get my service on the very next day.
His technician arrived I explained my concern about not getting complete coverage in my home(it's a 1BHK). And asked for a solution, he suggested of providing 2 lines from one user was immediately declined or I would have to pay double. Obviously I declined that solution. They engage in multiple conversations and agreed to provide a connection with 2 modems connect via LAN.
I already had one modem and was even fine to pay for the other one. They later said they don't have the machine in handy and holes and power connection are required for both the modem. I agreed and requested to complete the connection in the morning as it was the last day with my service provider and also I had a busy schedule in office in the 2nd half.
I called the electrician and to make the connection (he would also make the holes in the walls). No one showed up or called to inform delay. Suddenly I got a couple of calls and messages in the afternoon asking, have you got the holes and connection done? I told them they were supposed to do the connection in the morning and in response, the sales person accused me for not calling and checking up why did the technicians did not visit. I told him I do not want their service anymore and refund the money I paid.
In response, he said we spent money on upgrading the wires and won't give me refund. I was angry after hearing his statement. But soon I got a call from its area manager. With whom also I confirmed that if I get the criteria mentioned of refund only then I will reconsider the connection with your services. And he confirmed and sent the people to do the connection if it can be done without any issues.
These guys came in during my working hours. I switched to mobile data to do my meeting after explaining to them what needs to be done. I was on call from my office and the salesperson kept interrupting me throughout the call. I was already angry now.
As I told him to wait more than 5 times. After my call when I tested the service they provide was not meeting up to the mark(plan of 200mbps tested from not more than 2 meters away from the modem tested and resulted in 120 to 130 mbps) I still told them I still don't mind if I get 100 Mbps in my home across. But they could not guarantee it. Then I was worried and asked for the bill before paying. Then the excuses started for bill to be given next day. Then I asked for the commitment made for refund, which was immediately declined. Then I asked them to cancel the service and refused to pay. Also requested to reconnect my original service (they did not use their own cable and used the existing service provider cable for connection). They disconnected the entire line and left.
The area manager had assured to refund within 2 hours if I requested for cancellation. When I asked they smiled and just left away. Is this the service we are expecting in today's world? There were many more rude things said by the salesperson when his own team was telling him that to provide what he promised for.
So this is my experience with Jeebr. Are you sure if you want to go ahead with this service? It is your choice ultimately.
