This head set which I purchased through JBL .com reached me late, almost 30 days delayed through Delhivery.com.After receiving it the first day I tried to use it since it was not fitting to my head size, tried enlarging it to suit my head size but it got broken instead of enlarging.To report this I made almost 100 calls to their call center, but none of the calls were attended, Then I visited their local service center at Kochi, they refused to register my complaint or accept damaged head set.After that between 27th September and 10th October I sent four e mails to their customer care and and almost 10 calls, but none of the mails were replied or calls were answered properly.Am still clueless about the way this organisation handled the complaint, they were not even bothered to write a replay to a customer who got a defective item from their online store .This is a classic example for how an organisation should not treat a customer of theirs like this.This brand is a disgrace to its brand ambassador also, a person like AR Rehman should not have signed with an un ethical company like Harman.

To my surprise after a long gap of more than 30 days dalay yesterday I got one mail from Harman, am sure that this was prompted just because of my review here.
Still my ieeue is not resolved , yet they offered to call me back qnd diwcuss issue . I will update once their call reaches me.
