Go for it. Review on Jaybee Honda - Jorhat

I am an owner of Honda Dio which was purchased from this dealership few years back, So I think I am the right person to write down a few lines if you are considering this dealership of Honda for buying any Honda product. I am neither promoting nor demoting Honda. Through this review I am just clarifying the doubts that a common man may have. Though its a brief review fully based on my personal experience. Hope it helps you.

1.Location:- Since the dealership is located in the heart of Jorhat district, so finding the dealer should not be a mojor concern.It is located in Torajan, Jorhat. Still, if you have any problem regarding finding the dealer ask the local people they will guide you.

2.Dealership experience:- Earlier if you have ever visited any car or bike dealer then you must have known how they try to manipulate common man. Same goes here also, not much difference. Reason being they are being pressurized to fulfill their monthly target. They will tell you about some unnecessary discounts if you buy some expensive accessories from them, which you have to deny directly. Otherwise, it's your loss. I would advise you to research more and more on google, watch youtube videos regarding technical, financial terms before buying your dream vehicle. Otherwise there is a great chance that they will cheat you saying they are giving you discounts. You can buy all these accessories from aftermarket at a much lower price. Also, try not to buy insurance from them. If you have knowledge about insurance buy it by yourself. In that on-road price ask them what is the price of each and every portion you are paying for.It is your hard-earned money, you have the right to ask. So ask.

3.Facilities to customers:- For customers clean drinking water, washroom, Sofas are there to sit and rest, in case if you have to wait for long hours for your paperworks to get done.

4.Servicing and maintenance:- For servicing you will have to book an appointment few days prior to the servicing date. They will give you date and time on which you will have to come and get your vehicle serviced. I would say their servicing is good. They do all the necessary stuff like oil change, lubrication, air filter cleansing etc without costing any extra charge unlike other dealers. So the cost of servicing is minimal. They put genuine Honda products. Also, their washing and polishing is of top notch. Your bike will shine like a new one after servicing. So far I have not faced any issue regarding serving. But for servicing you may have to wait for a very long period of time, hundreds of vehicles are serviced in a day which is pretty much fine.

5.Availability of spare parts:- Frequently used parts like spark plug, Genuine engine oil, high-quality air filters etc are available on any day, any time. But in case if you own a costly or rare vehicle it might take a couple of days to reach spare from nearby dealership.

6.After sales and service:- Well it is Honda. Honda is known for its reliability. You should not worry about after sales services. You can sell it on a good price.

7.Conclusion:- I am considering you might have read the above mentioned points carefully. So by now you might have understood what I am trying to conclude. The point being every car or bike dealer works on the same principle, in some ways they all are good or bad. All they want is to make more profit. You would face this manipulation everywhere. But it is you who has to decide whether to consider a particular dealer or not. So the key point you need to focus is the quality of servicing they are providing without cheating the customers keeping the harmony of satisfaction of customers. From my personal experience it is a good dealership to buy any Honda two wheeler. So go for it.
