Jaxtakart.com is an online shopping website where you can buy many different items such as Cloths, Phone and PC assessories etc, I ordered a backpanel for my Redmi Note 4 fews days back and I got it 3 days after the due date which is very disappointing, they must deliver the product before the due date. The Quality of the backcover was not like that I expected it cost me ₹500 but it look like a ₹200 product. I wanted to replace it, I placed the request but got no proper response from the jaxtakart team, I tried to call them at customer care but failed to make any connection from the representatives and another worst thing about jaxtakart is thier customer service number is not toll free like flipkart, so Thier customer service is worst and they are not at all customer-friendly.
Apps and website looks good and products looks very good in images but in real, products are of very poor quality. So this site is not at all reliable.
