Very beautiful and well maintaned property. I went for a holiday with my family (mum, sis, kids etc) so we were looking for a wholesome entertainment and comfortable stay which Jai Mahal proved to be.
Location benefit: 5 mins from main MI rOad which is the main commercial area of city and 10 mins from Walled City which is the Old city with the traditional Bazaars etc.
Instant attraction: Hotel's vastness and lush green gardens.
Rooms: tiny as compared to other 5 star properties.
The reception staff did not upgrade even though my travel agent had requested for the same. We had also asked for a Pool facing room which was not met with as well. Neverthless, the garden facing room was not bad either except it's size.
Restaurants serve good quality food with excellent service.
Nice pool, no health club except a moderate gym.
Could not get massage appointments so cannot comment on that.
We gave our kids bottles for washing which they conveniently put in a boiler and it shrank. They did give us something in exchange but the fact that the bottles were un tracable for almost a day was frustrating yet hilarious.
Overall, a good experience, I would like to go there again in Peak season.
