I travel frequently from delhi to nepal because my some freind live there. I trully and really the service was awful. I am very disappoint with their airline service. I was travelling from delhi to nepal in last September and was really a bad experience.
They just try to disturb you for your travelling. Firstly the flight is delayed and then the flight was really uncomfortable without proper air conditioning.
I just feel that they need to check up the AC. The staff was somehow managing things but was really a bad experience and I felt hot and stuffy throughout the flight. I not imagined that this type of service I experiance. Also the flight wasn’t cleaned properly and really needs a proper check before letting on passengers on board. This must be serious matter for a airlines standard. I hope it was just a one off and have decided to travel keeping it as the last option only but they must need to improve the service. Their ticketing charges are also more expensive. I am not recomended this to any one if they do the same in future.
