Today I want to review regarding jabong .com.I want to share my experience regarding jabong.com.Actually 6 months ago I am order a two full xl size red shirt from this website which cost me 1255 including delivery charge.I made my payment through my internet banking there is processing display some time My balance is debited from account and error display wait for one hour other wise it will transfer in your jabong account.I wait nearly two hour but amount is not displayed in my jabong account then I call their customer care and really their representative are very casual and rude on call.They said to me that please tell us jabong transaction Id So I tell them reference number which I get 107654789445gabogbm1 so they tell this is wrong tlwe can't track status with this reference id.You must be contact your bank so I call my sbi customer care number so I tell my whole problem to them so they say sir if you get jabong transaction Id that means amount is successful settled to your merchant but for my satisfaction the bank representative raise my complaint and said to me that your complaint resolve within 10 day and tell me the process of that how I check my complaint so after 3 day my complaint is closed my Bank concern department and resolution come that amount is successful settled to merchant(jabong).so I call jabong customer care I tell them that I get confirmation from my bank that it will resettled to you so please refund my amount.I mail them complaint resolution screenshot and complaint number.After jabong representative tell me sorry sir we check your status your amount is successful reached to us but order which you place is that out of stock. So you can choose another colour but I denied I said if order which I place out of order please refund my amount.so they said OK you will get your amount within 5 to 7 working days. But I wait for that tat and amount is not credit to my account I again call them they said it is in processing please wait.so I wait nearly 20 days but amount is not credit to my account I said escalate my call to your senior supervisor.But representative don't escalate my call to you senior executive said we don't unnecessary escalate call to senior and put my call on hold and for 5 minutes and disconnect I call them again I said I want register a complaint against your representative and I want to talk to your senior executive so that executive replied me same answer we are not unnecessary escalate call to senior and said you are prank call you are call them 10 times yet and give their c-sat verbiage and disconnect my call . Really such arrogont representatives are sit their executive center to reply customers.I am not getting refund my amount yet.So reader These people existing in this world to loot customer hard money.I request our goverment to banned such pathetic, useless and misguided website.
