I ordered a shoes from Jabong.com of rs. 3200 but it was little bigger in size. So I contacted to the customer service but they were helpless.They told me that there is no return policy for this product.So, the customer service is worst.The product is vey bad.As I ordered the shoes of size 8 and send me of 9. The estimated delivery time was on 15/06/17 and the product arrived on 27/06/17.So, the dilevery timeliness is worst.App and website interface is good but there is no use of good app interface if the service is not good.Overall shopping from Jabong is waste of money and time and it is not reliable.
