I have bought few products from jabong but felt that the products they ship is not at all authentic. The branded T Shirts does not have proper quality. After two products I stopped shopping from jabong as the products seem to be over priced.
I noticed that a T Shirt which costed 699 normally, was put on sale with a tag of 799 and then a discount of 50 (i.e during sale the price became 750 :) ). Excellent business idea.
Well the Customer service does their beautifully as they helped me in exchanging one of the t Shirt I purchased.
