Be careful of this vendor on Jabong:

I previously bought a Disney watch from a different vendor - when the strap broke on opening the watch the first time - I lodged a complaint to Jabong - Jabong immediately gave me a full refund and the matter was resolved.
To replace this watch as my son was already heartbroken over the previous disney watch I then bought another watch from Jabong itself but supplied by the above Vendor - after the first wear the watch hand stopped working on its own and the minute hand was rotating freely - as is the case with these online sites -the return/exchange period was over but the abovesaid vendor - AGREED FOR A FULL REPLACEMENT GIVEN THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON THE TIME PIECE WAS 1 YEAR - obviously we had got a defective watch
first they made a big deal about picking up the item but finally agreed to pick it up - of course jabong tried to wash their hands off by claiming that the interaction is directly between the vendor and customer(BTW JABONG TEAM- IF I BOUGHT THIS IN A SHOP WOULD I HAVE TO RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST to replace a defective watch? the shop would have coordinated and got this done - so why should your responsibility be any different?)
NOW ITS BEEN 7 DAYS SINCE THE VENDOR PICKED UP THE WATCH -AND DESPITE 3 MAIL REMINDERS THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REVERT AS TO WHEN THEY WILL SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT - OF COURSE JABONG IS ACTING LIKE THEY HAVE NO CLUE!
SO BEWARE AND ITS BETTER NOT TO BUY DISNEY WATCHES ONLINE DESPITE THE ATTRACTIVE RATES - IT MAYBE THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL OFF THEIR DEFECTIVE STOCK OR ITS A DUPLICATE WATCH - I NEVER EXPECTED THE DISNEY WATCH QUALITY TO BE SO POOR!
