I bought a Jeans and T shirt from Jabong for 2000 rupee(After 35% discount coupon).
After 5-6 days Jabong email me that they are unable to deliver the jeans as stock is over but they are sending the T-shirt.
They were ready to provide the refund for the Jeans after the deduction of T-shirt price(full price - no discount).
I asked them to don't do that. I said that either deliver both the items or provide a complete refund(the money that I paid) because I was loosing 35% discount on items. Moreover, I ordered them in pair so I want the pair only.
My demand was pretty simple. I don't know why but they again take 10 days to resolve this issue. They finally cancelled both my product and provide me complete refund.
Along with that, they also provide me 35% discount coupon to be used in future as a compensation.
Jabong could do this all faster basis too, this will improve the customer believe in them.
My money was stuck for 15 days with them for no reason, what so ever.
