I am 2 year of experience of using iPhone, iTunes was never good enough for me. Every time I tried to use iTunes utility in order to transfer file from iPhone to PC I had very bad experience.
It ie very slow and time consuming. Moreover, it also has serious problem of synchronizing iPhone with other devices. Once, I tried to restore lost data with iTunes backup and guess what it corrupts my backup file.
The worst thing about this built in utility that it frequently throws several error message while processing data and not a reliable utility for me. Moreover, it requires high speed Internet connection as well. Although, iCloud has a size limit but it is somehow more useful and convenient than iTunes. I will not suggest any users to make use of iTunes utility as its simply good for nothing.
