All you teenagers out there beware, another one of the stupid whacky-tacky mindless stuff is out. A true meaningless movie made only for the heck of making a movie. I dont understand why films are still made on college goes without love angle being thrown in or for that matter is there any other angle shown?
I remember watching Shiva, a path breaking movie made on college life and the politics that goes around and then there were loads of such movies, not one matching the original for content or a dying art called direction.
Ishq Vishk is another of the same genre without much thought being put into the story line or characterisation. These days even a school going kid can predict the plot of such a movie(that is if at all the movie has a plot), boy sees a girl, gets attracted, another girl/boy attracted to the same guy/gal and lo and behold the tension and mindless chasing begins. Songs are thrown at every possible moment and in the end the two meet(whosoever is not a question anymore).
Its high time we as an audience get respected for our sensibilities and some real good stuff get thrown at us. I wonder if we will ever get to see a DIL CHAHTA HAI again. By golly, I will be thrilled even if someone gets close to it.
