One thing I must tell you all that it is a great aid from indian railway that one can get rail ticket at their finger tips. But it is not that it looks like. I have faced many problem while booking the ticket.
It deducts money from bank and not make tickets. And when it comes for refund.they did not refund the whole money.
This site sucks a lot. Every time when I use it.it makes me uncomfortable. Although now it is improving. But it should improve more. To make it hassle free service.
If irctc improves then it will help so many peoples.
