Earlier booking a railway ticket was not very easy. people have to stand in a queue for long hours to book ticket.but then also sometimes the ticket was not booked properly.sometimes after standing in a queue people don’t get ticket availability of their choice.and they start to fight, that was horrible.
But now the condition has drastically changed. it has become very easy to book a railway ticket of our choice.this has been only possible because of the irctc.co.in.they have made very easy and comfortable for people to book a ticket.the good thing about this site is that its loading in time, showing correct schedule, updates pnr status etc.
Booking tatkal ticket has become more easy now a days, if you want ticket for another day you may get tatkal ticket. this is the best government website for the online railway booking. But it can’t handle the heavy traffic of ticket booking sometime .When there are too many people booking the ticket online. the site gets hang sometimes but soon its get normal.
I have been using this site for railway booking since last 2 years.so till now I had much good experience.
