More than one year since I bought this phone, to this date, I miss many of the features that this phone had.
I won't go into specifications and comparison of the same as these can be found on the product details page on the manufacturer's site.
Face detection unlock is impressively quick. In fact even while walking on a dimly lit area, I don't have to fingerprint unlock but just pick the phone from my pocket and it auto unlocks when I hold it in my hand. It effectively detects my face in such a dimly lit environment and nearly 1.5 foot away from my face.
Photographs are great, the best part is its ability to capture dim light photos without graininess. Photographs have natural colours. Video recording has the added advantage of 4k recording.
Look and feel is certainly impressive and the metal finish gives the phone a premium look.
Although many people want original Android OS, I find the custom features of the manufacturer's OS far more user friendly as many features that require a separate app are already built in. Take for example, the folder lock feature or app clone feature. The free to use apps available on Play Store for this purpose cause a lot of problems, crash frequently and spam you with ads.
The best part of having bought the phone was that the demand and popularity of this model was so much that seldom or never was there any discount from the launch price. Even nearly 8 months after release, the price remained the same even during big sale days.
IR Blaster feature is like something I have never seen. Even far more expensive phones fail to detect many of the AC brands but this phone detects any device operable with a remote and can control it.
One of the best flagship phones with features so much ahead of its time.
There is some amount of heating that can be felt when video recording or other occasions such as when it is placed on lightning charge.
