My concern had a very distasteful experience with IQARA. I have done a cut and paste of the mail I sent them for which I got a ''we will get back at the earliest'' reply a week later. Please take this as a serious lesson before you call them.


Dear Sirs,


First of all I would like to congragulate Iqara on reaching the 50000 mark on subscriber base. But it so seems that here at Chennai your people take things for granted. My firm got this connection from Iqara through your Executive PRADEEP, just a month back. I clearly gave the fact to Mr.Pradeep that my usage per month would be huge and he inturn suggested the 1GB pack saying that even


Internet Browsing Centres dont have this usage so it will suffice me.


To my surprise it did get exhausted but I did not mind this as the plan suited my budget.


Secondly the support that I get from your people here is really sickening.On Complaining to one Mr.Hariharan on the last week of July we were told that the person would reach our place by about 2 hours time,which itself is too much a time but after a wait of 6 hours your person turned up.


Thirdly We were given a Tariff of 1GB for Rs.1619/-(Rupees Sixteen Hundred And Nineteen only) initially with a validity of one month which suited us but recently we were handed a fresh tariff for Rs.1890/-(Rupees Eighteen Hundred And Ninty Only.) with a validity of 12 months.On questioning your Tele-Executive as why we should pay this amount as our usage itself is the same for a month she repied nil.


As none of your person thereupon turned up for this I had to call one Mr.Sridhar by referring the Iqara's pamphlet. But this person in turn swithced off his phone by acting that he could'nt hear my voice.


If your people or the company wants to suggest something to your customers,I think they should select some other responsible via media than making Us run around.


None even bothered to give a responsible person's mail id or phone number.


I request a explanation as Iam suffering without a connection for the past many days...
