I had signed up and paid for my Iqara <BROADBAND>service on Jan 28th, 2004. It is March 12th and I have NOT received my connection. No one even returns my calls from the Bombay office. I have called up at least a dozen times and sent numerous emails, all to no avail.
I have asked for my refund and have received no reply. And when I ask how long it will be before I get my connection I am told ''Next week, sir''. This ''next week'' phenomenon is prevelant throughout the ndian service industry. And the biggest laugh is that companies like BSES and Iqara tout themselves to be BROADBAND service providers. In my definition, in India, DSL = Damned Slow Line.
If you want another headache in your life then I will def recommend this company, and if you are like me, a toal masochist, then I urge you to sign up for Iqara and BSES <BROADBAND>services.
For exceptionally bad service please contact either Mr Bharat Sharma or Mr Sanjay Balodia at Iqara. As far as BSES is concerned, you may talk to anyone there. They are all ''faltu''.
