Dear readers and friends,
I used the IoN broadband for an year but they company didn't obeyed their customers. The broadband worked well(not great but acceptable) for around 2 months of buying it. Though the service was not as good as promised but now I think that it was all I needed. The services worked till the first two months but after that even after regular payments and complaints it never returned with their service. The support providence by the company is not at all good. Every time you call them for any kind of complaint or problem, what they reply is that your problems will be considered and they cuts off the phone.
I live in Chandigarh and I had not expected such poor services by this company in such a big and main city. This company is not at all good and is never acceptable when you are searching for a good internet axis. This company cheated it all and just took all my money without giving me the services.
I will not recommend anyone to rely on this company for your internet axis as all this company does is taking a lot of money for you and just ignores you on calls.
