Inventurus knowledge solutions are also known as IKS health. This company's Owner name is Sachin Gupta and this company drive on US health care.
They provide average salary to there employee and they are not transparent with salary structure in the beginning of the joining.
Slow growth in this company even anybody is eligible only after 18 month from the joining.
Working environment is not good. The worst part is if anyone is not able to achieved there target then they have to stretch there shift and has to complete target. Only after that they are ale to go to home.
Overall company management is good except transport facility. Actually they provide worst transport facility to the employee and admin is not working when they supposed to.
