We brought this washing machine this year and since then it has only disappointed and annoyed us.
Poor quality design and the materal coated is plastic which also deteriorates. Gets jammed even with flowing water and can't take more than 5kg of clothes. Before buying they claimed that it can load upto 6.2 kgs of wet clothes. Not at all user friendly.
Due to its poor performace I don't think this machine can have much lifetime. I will be surprised if it exceeds the 2year warranty period. There is no sense of sustanability and don't get feeling of durability.
It vibrates too much like a dead machine and can't be handled unless you have patience.
Just like its functioning the look is dull too and there's no sense of design in this plastic oriented product.
This product is serviced more than 5 times now since we have purchased it. Even the customer support and assistance is pretty unsatisfying as they take much time to get the product repaired. Don't waste your 11k on this crap, You will get much better and comfortable washing machine at that lump sum price.
