There is a lot to speak about this company.
I was hired as a business development manager for taking care of corporate business. My biggest regret is that I joined this filthy company.
Dated to the first interview I had with the management, they said all the support and team will be given to you so that we can drive some business and I was hired with a good package. I did not know this was a bait.
The CEO does not even know how to speak proper English. forget about how to do business. They told me that I will will handling team and driving their B2B business but when I started working they have some very old obsolete data which was given to me and asked to make cold calls like 150 calls a day. Looks like a call center to me than a training company.
The management sucks big time. They have this though that they are paying you and they own you. You become their puppets.
I am writing all this because I have not received my salary even after patiently waiting for so many days. The so called floor manager Dev Bhist does not even know how to make calls and he is given the role of floor manager where he only thinks of earning his incentives. He plays the biggest politics by transferring incoming calls to himself and all the prospect leads to himself and manually shares dead leads to others. I also got to know that he used to complain behind our backs stating " I create nuisance and bring down the energy of the floor". wait a minute- you are talking about floor which has only 5 people in the night and are made to work in a call center. I still remember he complaining that I sleep on floor but lets get the facts cleared, you slept the entire night being a manager. you dont give leads and if I try searching from LinkedIn he says as quoted it doesn't mean if dont say anything, I cant say anything"

He is the biggest game player who speaks ill about everyone behind our backs. Above all he has also hacked my account.
I was asked to work even on Saturday and Sunday and they also deducted my salary and not compensate on my week offs.
I will tell you how they work. They do not allow to connect with customers with your own identity. They really do not have a office at California which they claim. Its a PO number. They use pseudo names and strictly force us to use pseudo names even if we as a employee want to connect with the customer and establish a relationship.
secondly they claim they have all three modes of training but frankly speaking they have only self learning. They lure customer and take the payment and then they keep them waiting.
I still remember the support guy confirming me that they have 4000 tickets still pending to be resolved.
you cannot be free and cannot relax and work. you are under pressure all the time. They want money all the time but cant even pay their employees on time. I still remember September month, when we were supposed to get money on 5th September and then the guy who takes care of crediting the salary did not credit the money into the account. Reason stating it was raining in Rajasthan and he could not come out of his house. I mean heights!
At the same time, they demand us to work on karnataka bandhs and riots. for example the kaveri issues.
These managers have only a couple of people as their favorite and they only transfer the good leads to them. Almost all the employees would agree with me on this. None of the employees are happy.
Even they hired Dilraj as director of sales and I still remember he being sacked because they couldn't just pay him his salary.
I also remember the CEO asking for Simplilearn's corporate brochure to the director and editing the Brochure. Ideally they are expert in copying the contents.
Few things to consider before joining Intellipaat,
No work ethics
No proper timings
Made to work without any satisfaction
Bad management
They hire people and are asked to work hard and get the business and then fired without remuneration
No work life balance
All the positive review have me put on website by their own owners. Husband and wife.
Career breaker than maker.
I think all these review wont make a difference to them but this is the reality.
