Hello friends, I am Sourav Roy. Today I am going to share some of my experiences and some pathetic issues which made me too upset. It will help you to know more about this Site.
I have been using this Site for a long time and in the last time of the using period I have faced big problems as I mentioned before in my Title, The hacking problems. I have dicided that I shall not use this Site anymore in future. Lets talk about the issues which make me upset.
1) As I have already mentioned The Hacking Problem. Just 2 months ago my Instagram account was hacked by someone with a different email address, and the person changed my account into his email address and it was very tough for a simple Person to Fix it back to the original Email Address. But I managed it with very difficulties and My account fixed.
And I would like to say that after all this there were no support from Instagram for this Hackers id and infact my account was logged in couple of times in further from different locations.
2) And the Second big Problem is the Contact to this Site. It is quite Impossible to contact with a Human voice or chat because the Help Center has the Generic Questions and Answers which were not Helpfull to me. I could not Contact with the Instagram team to solve my problems at all.
I am hardly requesting to this Site, Please improve your services and please Take strict Step on Right thing which will help your customers.
Hopefully they will take care this problems or Issues.
BUT I MUST SAY THAT IT IS A VERY UNIQUE AND ENTERTAINING SITE WITH INTERESTING FEATURES.
And hope my review will help you to know more about this Site.
