I feel this review is:
Using Instagram takes all the valuable time and energy one can use in doing any other productive activity. Using it has multiple perks as it is informative and collaborative platform and provides a way to connect with people. But OVERUSE actually nullify all the positive perks. But the negativity depends on the usage of the app. If the person can manage the screen time and the content that the user is exposed then it is actually a great app. But I don't actually see any major necessity of using Instagram in day to day life.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
