Malleshwaram Branch- Worst customer service you will ever overcome!! Money is all in which their interest lies. Their skin lightening treatment can blow off ur head.. Left a huge ugly burnt mark on my skin about which they dint give a dam. Would ve uploaded a pic of d scar but privacy issues!! In return of d amount paid for it, all I got is a cheap facial. If you do the blunder of paying the money in advance as package, forget abt ur money, dey are not going to give u an appointment and drag it as as long as they want. Finally after calling many times, having fixed an appointment, if u go there, they will treat u like crap. Insult u, make u wait for upto 4 hours, n den say they cant be giving an service.
I've decided to let go of my amount and file a complaint in consumer court. Tell d same, d admin REKHA- so called owner says go ahead.. Lacks professionalism n is a misfit for the post.. She is rude, arrogant and worthless...
So better stay AWAY!!
