I visited this parlor for a Hair spa, the lady sold me a hair spa package, the parlor is not well maintained, I saw cockroaches walking around in the area, and the product they said they will use was Loreal, however I din see them using Loreal.
They first washed my hair with shampoo, not sure which shampoo that was, it was in that purple Loreal bottle however the shampoo was not Loreal, they has added some other cheap shampoo or you never know may be hand wash, the shampoo was like water, the beautician had to almost use 2 handful as the watery shampoo was not making any lather, the shampoo smelled awful, and as promised it was no where Loreal,
I have used 4 different Loreal shampoo's and know the look, feel and the smell of the product. I asked the lady why is the shampoo diluted, to which she said the gurls in the parlor waste too much hence she had to dilute the shampoo how cheap is that?
Post the shampoo she uses 1 spoon of spa cream which is harldy enough for my hair, the lady uses a brush to apply the spa cream on my scalp and the cream is empty even before she completes the forehead area, and then she uses water spray(used for hair cut to wet the hair), and she dilutes the cream on my forehead area and massages using the remains of it on the rest of my head. I was really frustrated with them and the service, really cheap, they charged me 3000 and did not even bother using the original product and nor the quantity of the cream was good enough, after getting 2 spa my hair started to drastically fall and I asked for a refund to which they said they cant and I can use other services for that amount. I would recommend not to go to this place, please do not visit this parlor and waste your money, rather pay the same amount and get better service on other parlors.
