I bought Snapdeal Voucher for Inspirations - Malleswaram, Bangalore which had a 4 services for a great deal. Because I had a good experience at Inspirations - Sadashivnagar, Bangalore, I assumed to get dedicated service at this outlet as well. I called for appointment and inquired if how much all the services might take. She informed that it will take about two and half hours to three hours.
When I arrived for my appointment, no one was available at the reception. After about 15 minutes a lady appeared and asked me about appointment. Upon giving her the details, she got lost and after another 15 minutes passed she asked to get seated for my first service. The staff member was busy doing something or the other and playing with a kid. Towards the end of hair spa, when he was drying my hair, he literally pulled my hair really bad, when told to be softer he threw the hair brush in anger.
When I informed the manager, she went and came back, and asked me how many services left for you, as if nothing happened. Then the facial was done in a hurry and then I was made to wait for another half an hour for a mere eye brows. Again the staff was very harsh in handling. Upon leaving the manager/receptions spoke with an attitude without any court It amazes me that Inspirations being such a Big brand can allow its customers to be treated like this and hire such ill cultured staff.
Totally not recommended....
