Wish I had read these reviews before going to this place.Please do not ever visit the branch at marathahalli.They are not fit for managing beauty services
I was coaxed to take a package for 5k and had horrible experience in the first session itself. Had to wait for 2 hours in spite of taking an appointment for a facial/deep conditioning. The facial was pathetic as the beautician was untrained and was just waiting to finish it and only kept cribbing on her workload.There are no towels nor gowns provided while doing the facial. Towel was given post asking for it else they just mess up the neckline of your dress.It was just a mere facewash .Deep conditioning was worst as there is no massage given post application of your cream and the cream is left in your hair for just 5-10 mins without any steam provided.
The towels used for drying hair stinks to the core.Since they do not have the option of refund am forced to complete the remaining sittings. The ladies at the front desk have no idea of what is happening in the parlor and have no idea of how to manage customers .The staff is careless, untrained and have no courtesy for the customer waiting.
Please do not fall in their trap of taking any packages. Hopefully the mgmt reads these reviews and takes some action.
