It was indeed a bad experience at Richmond town branch of Inspirations. Dirty cubicles, incompetent staff(for basic things like waxing, treading and facial) made my mid-may visit to the centre a traumatic one. One has to repeat what services you need to at least 5 people and unfriendly behaviour just puts you off.
Above all it is not value for money with such disgusting service. Only thing that is presentable is there Air conditioned reception area.
I will suggest people not to visit Inspirations Richmond town centre.it is simplly awful
